Does this come with the cables to install it? And is this for Laptops vs. a PC?

All SSD come with a SATA interface, which is supported by PCs, Laptops, Macbooks, and Apple Desktops models since 2002 (approximately).    None of the SSD brands I have ever bought (from many different brands) came with a SATA power cable (which connects the SSD to the motherboard), and none came with a SSD data cable (also connecting to the motherboard).    Some SSD used to come with a metal or plastic adapter to mount the SSD (2.5") into a PC (typically 3.5").   If you buy the SSD to replace an existing disk, you don't need cables.   If you buy it to  replace or add a SATA disk to a PC, you may need cables and adaptor.   Cables and adapters may cost around $1.00 to $4.00 each (in some cases, plus shipping).

Can anyone recommend a good enclosure for this SSD that will allow me to connect via USB 2.0 and provide enough power to the drive (please do not suggest using another connection option as it's not possible in my setup)? Thank you.
