These are Dual-channel DDR4 at 2133MHz and 16GB, so looks compatible.

I bought this ram for my Inspiron 15 5k series and it worked like a charm, albeit a little heat issue due to extremely small fans in my laptop (cutting corners dell?). I don't see why it won't work with 7k series. You could go to crucial website and download their scanner to see compatible rams. Its free anyways.
