It's a pretty long motherboard and I was able to use the top pcie slot and bottom pcie slot. I like the ability to flash the bios using the back i/o and the good-performing networking. Had an issue trying to get the ram in sufficiently but did after some effort. I like the easy plug and unplug for gpu and the easily removed cover for the first m.2 slot.

-Very easy to install the m.2! It is my favorite, simpliest feature of the board. -Amazing board paired with Ryzen 7 9800X3D and PowerColor Reaper 9070! -Upgrading from a previous board with no bluetooth, this board is perfect for BT connectivity with a connection for wifi as well! -2 USB-C ports in the back for phone/watch charging accessories

I bought this motherboard as an upgrade from the Gigabyte Aorus Elite Wifi x570 for AM4. The B850 for AM5 is a much nicer board with some nice features. The EZ latch system is a real plus making the installation of SSDs and GPUs so much easier. The offset latch button for the GPU is a godsend. No more squeezing your hand between the GPU and air cooler to unlatch the GPU to take it out. The board is has a clean look with lots a connections and everything you need.

Nice design and rgb, 8 layer PCB no lane sharing with primary GPU EZ release for gpu 5gbps LAN BIOS flashback Wi-Fi 7 Fast boot time

Install was a breeze: MSI has finally nailed the "EZ" life. The M.2 clips mean no more hunting for those tiny, soul-crushing screws, and the PCIe release button is a lifesaver if you have a massive GPU. Built for the future: Wi-Fi 7 is fast, and having USB4 ports is a huge plus for my external drives. I feel like I won't need to upgrade this platform for a long, long time. Overclocking? No sweat: The power delivery on this board is overkill in the best way possible. My Ryzen chip stays rock solid, and the heatsinks actually do their job instead of just looking pretty.

For the price, I got most of the features I was looking for. Plenty of usb ports which is helpful for me without needing to use an adapter. Placed in the 9800x3d without needing to flash bios because it natively supports 9000 series. Gen 5 front M2 and PCIE slots allows room for upgradability to Gen 5 SSDs and RTX 5000 series.

This is pretty much as good as it gets. Yes, there are teething issues with WRX90 because it's such a new platform, but once you get past those, the board has been rock solid.

Sleek RGB Lighting Easy to install Packaged with care

Motherboard got here just in time to get my granddaughters computer finished before Christmas. I had no issues with installing and worked as expected. I would recommend this motherboard to anyone looking to make a cost effective PC.

Pairing this board with Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RX 7900 XTX and (2x32) 64GB RAM, I'm getting a mind blowing performance in both gaming and productivity work loads like 3D rendering and modeling video/photo editing, OBS streaming/endcoding etc... and the system is super stable ! Definitely this is the Best Mini ITX board, I love it !

3 tool-less NVMe slots, 4 SATA, upgraded audio (ALC1220), and overall looks great!

Installed AMD Ryzen 5700G. The motherboard was rev. 1.1. and had F14 bios out of the box and recognized the 5700G. I updated to latest F16b, at time of review, and started installing Windows from USB. Installed all the latest drivers for motherboard, then installed GTX 1060 graphics and driver. Everything is working flawlessly and son can play all his games. I upgraded him from 1st generation AMD 2500g/Fatality board and this Gigabyte motherboard and processor combo knocks that older build out of the park.

- The Aesthetic - 6 Sysfan connector, perfect for use MSI Center Fan management software - No Tool installation for SSD M.2 - EZ Connect - Motherboard Driver Installation via MSI Driver Utility Installer during first boot of OS

- Easy to install - Has all the ports I needed

latest ports support.

Compared to other B550 in its price range it keeps some of the lowest VRM temps on overclock. M.2 Slot is above PCI-E slot some boards it is not.

- Solid build quality - Ample USB and fan headers - 4 x m.2 slots - Wi-Fi 6e WLAN and 2.5Gps LAN

Super easy to install. My 13 year old nephew put it all together. Instructions are easy to follow. Solid construction. Comes with screws I/O sheid.

Product has all the essential features you'd want from a premier motherboard on AM5 with an X870E chipset. It's also THE board to build with if you're going for an aesthetically pleasing ALL-white build. Gigabyte AORUS is the defacto standard in IMO, with no minor details overlooked, including fan headers and dimm slots appearing in white, unlike other industry counterparts that typically cheap out in favor or injection molded components in black. +Wifi 7 +PCIE 5 lanes +Tool-less access for accessories +All-white aesthetic including the small bits (fan headers + dimm slots, etc)

Works with and USES ECC memory, as confirmed in Ubuntu 24.04 (Kingston KSM48E40BD8KI-32HA). I didn't have to fiddle with the bios at all - either to get full performance in Passmark versus existing baselines, or to get ECC memory to be recognized and to work in Linux. This was great, as I "upgraded" early from my (not old) Gigabyte B760M with the borked 13900K.
