- Rock solid - Simple BIOS - Great board for a 7800X3D - Has all the features you need for a AM5 build at a lower cost than others
3 tool-less NVMe slots, 4 SATA, upgraded audio (ALC1220), and overall looks great!
-Lots of I/O -Fits great in my case -Easy to update bios -Great for the price -Bios is easy to get around
I recently wanted to replace my B650E and decided to go x870E, It is an access motherboard the Bios is simple and has straight forward information on what each segment does currently running with a 7800x3d and 5600mhz of Ram impressed with the stability.
- Nice build quality and aesthetic (see one con below). - Great price point versus the Master version when on sale. - Good variety of connectors, and includes T-sensor connectors and a probe (very helpful for setting fan curve to GPU temp in the BIOS). - Updated BIOS no issue running 9800X3D stable with 6000 DDR5. I have not been able to try higher FCLK or faster memory, but that is more tied to the CPU silicon than the motherboard. - BIOS is mature and very easy to use and navigate. - HDMI on the board interior is a neat feature and one I plan to use in the future. - 4 slot spacing from the top PCI-E to the next (great for large GPUs).
Two nvme slots, without slowing down PCIe lane. Enough USB ports for all my stuff with some extra to spare. Nice design, was worried about the white in my case (North XL black) but it worked out really well. The RGB the board has is a nice touch.
This is pretty much as good as it gets. Yes, there are teething issues with WRX90 because it's such a new platform, but once you get past those, the board has been rock solid.
Good amount of m.2 slots for a gaming motherboard, everything was easy to install on it and it was quite resistant to how much pressure I applied to it while installing the GPU. Nice look as well
It is a good price and good quality. Has everything you need. Easy to connect mostly everything.
Easy to install Convenient port placement USB-C support on front and rear I/O
The list of the pros is way too long!!!!
Small and works good Bios flashback was a nice Its a motherboard
Runs with a 7900x3D on basically 24/7 load but stays cool. VRM's are cool and power draw around 100-110W. Overall ASRock Bios allows everything to be tuned
I was very surprised the mobo came with the latest BIOS, thank you ASROCK! I popped in my 5600g and it all just worked. No complaints and no BIOS firmware updates needed. Works with Windows 11 no issues. Super awesome!
Stability, temperature, tool-less M2 SSD installation, temperatures, 3rd SSD slot
Great motherboard Durable so far just fired it up yesterday. Easy to install and for most part lay out is ok.
- Sturdy, feels tough, well built - No BIOS update needed for latest 9000 AMD series processors. - Easy to apply CPU under-volt with performance presets in BIOS. - Built-in IO Shield - Wifi Antenna holes - 1 USB-C port and 1 header for future upgrades
