- set up was not too difficult, although we have single pane windows so that made it a bit harder to install. - good looking unit. Bigger than I anticipated tho. - Not much louder than a regular fan. Good white noise machine. Doesn't bother me when working and when I'm in zoom meetings, no one can hear the unit. - Cools quickly. I initially had it set to 73 degrees and it hit that temp with in 20 minutes. Got cold in my office for the first time ever in the summer! - Should cool up to 450 sf. I think it's going to do that just fine. I've finagled the machine so it blows in my office, out the door, into a hallway and into our bedroom. The bedroom is actually cooler for the first time during the day since the summer heat started.
