Easy to set up. Love the fingerprint and/or PIN login capabilities rather than having to remember another password... Have been using it daily for about 2 weeks and love it! Moved my trackball from the old computer to this one. Plugged in the receiver and it took off. I didn't have to do anything. Same with my printer. Selected the printer from my network and it updated and was ready for use in minutes...

i purchased these computers on sale. I got the laptops, turned them on, and that was it. Both are working like a charm. They are fast. I am surprised at how light they are. For the last 10 years i have purchased only Acer laptops. These laptops continue to justify my buying decisions. The dual NVMe drive is just the greatest. I installed a second drive, and it works fine. The lit keypad is just great.

Easy to set up, super smooth sailing, easy to download apps

I've never bought a refurbished computer before but was looking for a cheaper laptop that I could play the online game, Lord of the Rings, on. This laptop looked like it would fit the bill for $229, and it didn't disappoint. I've been using the laptop for two months now. I have had no lag, performance is consistently excellent, and the keyboard has a nice, crisp click to it (which is important to me). While I don't use this laptop for anything other than playing LOTRO or doing an occasional internet search, it would be amazing for everyday use...great processer, powerful with 16GB RAM, good keyboard, and the great thing is that it has a solid state drive. Thanks Newegg....great deal on a great computer!

ASUS Laptop VivoBook Intel Core i9-13900H 16GB Memory 1 TB PCIe SSD Intel Iris Xe Graphics 15.6" Windows 11 Home 64-bit Quiet Blue F1502VA-NS96. Love this laptop, it starts up in 15 seconds. I use ASUS motherboards and graphic cards in my desktop PC and decided to try them for my new laptop, so glad I did! This computer has a backlit keyboard, you press the FN key along with the keyboard button. FN is also used to adjust volume and screen brightness. It is lighter, faster, and runs cooler than my previous big name brand laptops. So far all my programs work quickly, I have no complaints so far
