This is one of the best computer cases that I have ever had the pleasure to build in. So much so that I have purchased it THREE times for my 3-2-1 data backup and home server. Obviously, this is a very large computer case, but it checked ALL the boxes I needed between the three different builds: 1) Space to spread out 3.5" HDDs for PROPER air flow. In each case I have a 3 HDD parity array, which I expect to expand with an additional 3 HDD parity array in the future. This will fit all 6 drives with excellent spacing for my (likely unnecessary) HDD heat sinks and proper fan coverage. 2) Optical Drive (Bluray MDisc Archival backups) 3) 360mm Radiator compatible on top WITH an installed optical drive. 4) Easily removable filters for cleaning (**I can't stress how important this is for home servers that run 24/7) 5) Sound deadening panels 6) I absolutely love how much space is behind the motherboard for all the cables. 7) I love how nice it is to remove the side panels, yet they hold very securely. Bonus pro: With NVIDIA GPUs passive cooling (not spinning their fans until they get to ~135F) , all that heat soaks right into the M.2 SSDs on the motherboard right behind the GPUs. While this still may be well within the operating temperature of the M.2 SSDs, I wanted to keep things cooler. This case is large enough to have two fat video cards installed AND still be able to use the vertical GPU slot for additional fans. (Yes I know there is software you can use to turn on the GPU fans, but I'd rather put that wear on other, more easily replaceable components)

case has enough space for a good cable managment great quality materials

It was very easy to put all the components and cable manage

If you're looking at cases with a list of must have features like mine; at least a couple HDDs and SSDs, room for top radiator to not sacrifice the front, glass side, good construction, roomy, stylish, grommets, some half decent RGB fans compatible with motherboard sync to use for at least a while out the gate until replaced by something better (and 140mm is supported as well) dust filters, and last but not least, actually existent 5.25 bays.. and well priced to boot, look no further. There may be no such thing as a perfect case, and aesthetics are entirely subjective, but i looked at a LOT of cases until deciding on this one, it hits every note.

3 fans is wild for the price

Great size and plenty space.

Innovative, lightweight, looks amazing

- Easy to build in - Highly configurable - Plenty of space and cooling for modern GPU's - Included fans are great

- pretty - cheap

Has good air circulation, I've been watching CPU and other temps and everything is running quite cool.

This is my second Fractal Design R5 case. The first I used for my NAS build, this one will be for my personal PC. The openness of the case is appreciated, plenty of drive bays and a big plus are the fan position options. Build quality is excellent. This is my case of choice as currently manufactured.

Looks amazing Fantastic and quiet airflow Plenty of building space

Awesome watercooling

Amazing quality and looks amazing

Ever since I started building a PC, my first case was from Fractal Design due to the breathability and airflow of their cases. I upgraded from my Meshify C to the North and its been such a huge pleasure seeing the difference aesthetically as well. 10/10 they knocked it out the park with the North.

Great case, lots of room, came with lots of extra cables.

Strong robust good looking case Lots of space

I love this case. First mATX build. Plenty of room left in there too, will hold a nice sized graphics card, easily 12.5 inches of room in there.

-Price -4x ARGB mirrored fans included -Fab hub in back -actual led control button -very aesthetically pleasing -magnetic dust filter + non magnetic one on bottom -feet so you can get fresh air from outside the case for psu -Im sure theres more but I cant remember 👍 From the power button to the tempered glass to the 4 argb fans this case is pretty much perfectly built. None of the buttons on the front I/O are flimsy at all, they actually feel higher quality than my old asus case (it was a ROG Strix so go figures). The USB-C is a nice addition aswell. The tempered glass easily pops off tool free and meets perfectly at the corner the fans have cool mirrored leds in the middle and sides of it. The fan hub allows you to connect all your fans and aio together and program them without any annoying software by the press of a button. I
