Easy to install

I got the 9800x3D day one of launch, it arrived in 2 days and had absolutely no issues installing it or getting it overclocked. Super quick and stays pretty stable in temperature even under heavy loads.

Runs games better than my previous cpu, considerably more power effective, and less heat.

24 cores at this price in unreal. The other guys give you 6 and 8 cores for this price lol. Boots fast, and breezes through everything I throw at it without a hitch. Gaming and multi tasking are a dream. CPU runs very cool despite being a multicore beast. Compatible with my older AIO, no need for any adapters, just worked. New Intel APO and IBT features are cool, but hope they support them long term. Overclocks really, really well. I am running at E cores at 5.1Ghz, P cores at 5.6Ghz and D2D at 4.0Ghz, Cache at 4.1GHz, and NGU at 3.4Ghz. These are well above stock, and it has zero issues. Tuned my DRAM to 8667 CL38 and get huge bandwidth and low latency now.

This CPU more than doubled my FPS compared to a 3900x in CP2077, both using a 3080, it feels much smoother as well, with no noticeable stutters. This CPU is a serious beast, and if my GPU ever gives out I have an integrated GPU as well so i can still use my PC whilst waiting for a replacement.

-Shreds any and all workloads -runs cooler than my old 5800x3D -boosts to 5.7GHz on all cores under heavy workloads

My specific cpu can handle PBO -30 and EXPO at 6k.

Excellent performance. I have had zero issues. It has lots of single and multi-core power and it will likely chew up and spit out anything you throw at it. I upgraded from the first gen 16 core threadripper that was struggling under DX12 ray tracing, and it was a huge upgrade for me.

Boosts to 4.85ghz Improved frame times over 6700k in gaming

Smokes most of AMD's lineup at this pricepoint.

Trust me it is better than the 7700x. If you are building new. This is a no brainer. Use my PC for gaming mostly and I did notice the difference going from a 7700x. The 1% low's were definitely better also. Which makes for a smooth gaming experience.

It runs cool and the extra lanes of Gen 5 PCIe is superior to LGA1700 designs.

Fire and forget.

I will say that after a month of usage I have not had any of the stability issues I see posted around then internet, but as always, time will tell. ETA: I updated the bios of my MSI MPG Carbon MAX Wifi II the day I received the board to the most current A40 version.

If you dont like to go into your motherboard, set the proper settings for your CPU and do various software things like Xbox Game Bar and ext. If you think you only need to run the chipset drivers and memory exp timings in the motherboard, then the 9950X3D2 is for you.

Latest technology at a fair price. Running 30-35C in home office tower.

The product came as it was described, the CPU was in its own tray. The model number was correct After installing the cpu, it was tested and reviewed. It ran and performed as expected. Tests showed that the speed, caches, and core count were exactly as described. The reason the chip was purchased was its L3 cache amount and how that would correct an issue with the previously installed cpu's inability to allow 128GB of memory to run at full speed. This new cpu, delivered on what it was expected to do.
