Runs games better than my previous cpu, considerably more power effective, and less heat.

There have already been several BIOS updates released to correct the performance issue and the processor runs super well.

Supported by my existing AM4 motherboard. As a fan of Ryzen CPUs, this was a relatively inexpensive upgrade that should last me a few years. Comes with a Wraith Prism heatsink/fan.

Excellent processing performance very high quality and completely new.

Trade in program let me swap this for my old 13600k to get a much better binned CPU and two free games (Battlefield 6 & Assassin's Creed Shadows) for a grand total cost of $18 in the end. Not bad.

Easy install, great performance.

My specific cpu can handle PBO -30 and EXPO at 6k.

Upgraded from a 5600x so the difference is that noticeable. Wantedanted a few extra cores, the 5800x/5800x3d tdp is way to high for my mini itx build. so this was as far as i could go in my upgrade path w/o having to change pc case.

- close in performance to much more expensive CPUs - 18 (!) cores - matches AMD in gaming and handily beats in productivity

One of the best processors you can get if you're on the AM4 platform.

3d v cache

Has a faster pci-e bus than 5600g so will work with x4 graphics card and ssd

the extra E cores are a game changer less power draw that i9

AI Overclock is here! Works better than before, such as that from ASUS AI overclock, which tends to overvolt. Its a lot tighter , making suggestions to offsets cab lines etc. you can do this with the xtu app. Once completed take a screen shot and set it in your bios, done. Very nice. Other pros is its fast , still depends on what you plan to do. If you want to just game, I would consider the 7950x3D or other variants from AMD. But I tend to multitask while gaming , so I really enjoy this chip. It is a lot hotter than my previous 12900k. My previous 12900k was overclocked ran hot, but still not as hot as the 14900kf.

good chip. low watts. high threads. 1-2 day shipping from new egg.

Faster than my old Ryzen 1600

If your looking for a CPU that will perform like no other, this is the one! Very fast boot time, along with amazing speed from all 16 cores! Overclocks very easy, and dont run too hot with proper cooling like an AIO. I have mine overclocked to 4GHz and the idle temp is around 33C. I am running an AIO also. I would also recommend getting a higher end motherboard to run this chip!

It runs great and if needed I can overclock it.

I havent even been able to go over 80% use yet I was streaming and playing call of duty and had a bunch of tabs I didnt need open great cpu
