The product is good if your wsnt to buy a budget am5 cpu. For 95$ es good but the cons is that the cpu is pcie 4.0 when all thr cpus of am5 are pcie 5.0 so with future gpus you might have a little of bottle neck the last gpu for pcie 4.0 is the 4090. and the other cons is that dont have integrated graphics. Is a ryzen 7600 but with 10-15% less power and with no gpu include. But ignoring that is a good cpu for 1080p and 1440p. Good in multitasking and more.

NovaBench score went from 2900 to 3500 - same memory, ssd and RTX 4060ti gpu

Good for gaming. Upgrade from 3900x. Was in between this and 5900x don't think you can go wrong with either depending on needs and budget.

Fantastic performance in gaming Doesnt get too hot (I use a 240mm AIO and it stays around 36c idle and 65 under max load). Blows away Intels new Core Ultra series(in frame generation). Cheaper than its beefier 5800X3D brother, but still gives great performance.

Couldnt resist upgrading with the star wars outlaws bundle. Popped this in where I had been using as 12500 and seeing a 10-15% performance increase.

At least a 30% boost over the I5 I had previously installed. Fan is sufficient for cooling.

able to hit 5GHz easily at 1.3 Vcore with decent temps

price speed perfect for budget gamer, nothing better

I've never had a PC start up this fast.

- Great speed for an older processor

Easily installed on a new MSI motherboard with stock fan. Recognized in BIOS and simply works

- So much processing power, it's almost silly. - I've honestly not had much time to really dive into a total comparison, but from the get go even in many games I play, it's a considerable and noticeable amount faster than my 4790K@ 4.6Ghz - Synthetic benchmarks comparing several systems I have which include, i7 4790k, i7 7700, Ryzen 7 2700x, and the old FX 8350 show an astronomical leap in performance. It's mind blowing. If you do any sort of work which is heavily CPU bound, and this fits your budget, you will not regret purchasing. This thing is fast and capable!

The IPC increase and frequency jump really helps with gaming in maintaining amazing 1% lows. Eliminated microstutters that were happening with a gtx 1080. It is even better in everyday tasks than the older 1600 cpu.

PRO Games!

Any review on the internet for this CPU is 100% wrong. They were running old microcode, and poor memory timings, and just terribly setup overall. Every review said they offered poor latency, and weaker performance than prior gen. This is totally wrong here, and could not have been further from the truth. This CPU can match a 10850K/10900K in R15/R20/R23 or other multi-thread all core loads(And that's an 11900K beating prior gen while using only 8 cores) That is an incredible feat right there! I manage 275+ in R15 single thread, and 2,749 in R15 multithreaded performance.

Faster than a 12700. All you need for most tasks and most games.

Seems to be running well and not too hot and intergraded graphics are working.
