yes it does. processors doesnt have anything to do with SSD support. Depends on what SSD you have but check your motherboard's compatiblity with SSD specifically the m.2 ones

Should I buy this? Upgrading from a Ryzen 1600 and B350 Tomahawk motherboard.

Completely depends on your situation. If you play at 144hz, the 9700k will give you a pretty substantial improvement. Anything like 4K 60fps and you will see very minimal gains from upgrading. I have always been an intel fanboy (own a 9900k myself) but this time around if you are wanting the best bang for your buck, you may want to wait for the next generation of Zen which might be arriving as early as like March. It will use the same motherboard and socket as you already have so you won't have to change anything besides the CPU. It's too early to say whether or not it will offer huge gains but it may be worth waiting. Also if you are using a 1600, I'm assuming your build is somewhat budget oriented, in which case I would recommend putting any extra funds you can towards a better GPU as opposed to a better CPU if you are gaming. Hopefully I somewhat answered your question and didn't drag on too long.

Under specifications, the memory type says to use DDR4 2666. Does this mean 2666 would be better to use than a DDR4 3200??

No. The faster DDR4 3200 will be better but you'll have to enable XMP (eXtreme Memory Profile) in the BIOS for it to run that high, otherwise it will revert to 2666 and you will get no benefit from the faster memory.

What is a good CPU cooler for this?

I use a Fractal Design S36 All-In-One water cooler for an Intel i7-8700k and cpu never goes above 42x even during heavy game play. I've never overclocked this 8700k but 8700k and 9700k run very hot when OC'ed regardless the cooler, or so I've read online.

I highly recommend the Fractal, excellent build quality, runs silent and most effective cooler I ever used

Yes, It has Intel Intel UHD Graphics 630 igpu.  Although not geared for the hard core gamer, I've found it adequate for web based games and moderate graphics intensive games like World of Warcraft.

No, it does not come with thermal paste. You will need to purchase thermal paste before you can install the cooler you are going to use onto the CPU. If your cooler comes with thermal paste though, then you won't have to purchase it separately. Some All-in-One water coolers come with thermal paste pre-applied, while some don't, so make sure you do your due diligence.

I noticed several people have said this processor runs hot. I like to keep my cpu running mid 60's under normal use. Are they setting the voltage manually or using auto settings?

Hey! Depends on what type of cooler you use. I use a liquid cooler and have temperatures at 27C when playing games full graphics at 2k resolution j get up to 40-45C.
