Arrived intact. Very well packed. Fired up with no issues. Only concern was I could not see the the power supply. A quick call to Storm Craft resolved that question.

Actually runs high graphics like it says. Doesn't lag on games. Can do everything I need it to. LED isn't too bright. Doesn't seem to get dirty easily. LOTS of ports. Extra wires.

Amazing pc gets 240fps in fortnite consistantly and 1.5 to 2k fps in minecraft very good for the price.

The iBUYPOWER Element 9 White is a beast of a gaming PC that looks just as good as it performs. The computer worked well for about seven months and then we had an issue. We contacted newegg and they immediately contacted us with the vendor. We exchanged a few emails and they accepted to pay shipping for us to send them the computer back to fix it. The customer service guys were really great, very satisfied.

The computer arrived in good protective packaging and was as simple as plug in the power and start going. The process was very direct and simple.

First real experience with a MAC PC. Still learning to use a MAC, since getting an iPad with a Mobile 'Phone deal. Did get a Refurbished Unit, specifically with upgraded RAM. Very pleased with Newegg Deliveries, and especially this Product just bought.

From old computer to this was amazing. Son plays some games, he noticed how quick games loaded. Graphics are awesome and we don't have up to date monitor. Fans are quite. Still figuring out differences in Win 11. So far so good. Still in process of transferring fules

Easy set up with a quick start guide. All the games I've played on it so far have ran very smooth, even while watching a movie on the other screen.
