Setup was typical and easy. No extra bloat software was a bonus. Package arrived as scheduled. Included keyboard was a level up from typical give away types. Overall it was as described. No negative surprises.

This was the best purchase ever for the price it had compared to the power that it afforded. Stormcrafts puts together the best pre-build and this was optimized upon arrival. Set up was easy and the instructions were professional and clear as the packaging. If you want pure quality the assurance and customer service they are a great new reputable company. I was very pleased by the components used in my build. 1) GPU: Asus Prime OC (rtx 5080) 2) MSI B850 3) Corsair Vengance Ram 4) PNY SSD All name-brand components. The included quality control checklist seems very thorough. They benchmark your PC before shipping it. Packaging was high quality. No complaints.

I got this computer and I was suspicious for the price. All the hardware checks out - it is a good machine with a lot of features. This PC was a great deal for what you get.

Just the hardware upgrade I needed. My old computer was one I bought from Newegg 13 years ago.

Easy set up, my first time setting up a new computer! Lightning fast. Lots of fans and still super quiet. Gaming within the hour!

Fantastic computer runs fast right out of the box. They built and package it really well there was nothing loose and nothing I had to plug in. The computer looks really nice. Even the motherboard is mostly white. For this price and especially if you can get the 5060 ti with 16GB I would highly recommend it. I would buy a thermal take build again, great computer.

Gpu support needed to be raised a bit but that was likely just due to shipping.

Shipping was great, arrived safe and sound, packed well. I was surprised it was shipped in the actual box showing what was inside, which if in the wrong neighborhood could be bad for the customer. Shipping paper is a good alternative to "hide" the product inside. But it made it safely and that's what matters. Got it all hooked up and tried to start the computer I got a message saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." Knowing nothing of computers I was frazzled as all the reviews had stated it was plug in and go. To make it short, I contacted customer support at both Newegg and Stormcraft. Thankfully the other reviews of customer service were correct. Amazing support from Mike at Stormcraft and he guided me through the installation of everything (too many installs to name them all). Was tough for someone who knows nothing about computers, but his guidance was great, on the second call he stayed on the phone with me and talked me though step by step. I also spoke with a gentleman from Newegg customer support Brandon I believe who was also extremely helpful. Took a few days to get everything up and running but once all set up and going the computer has been great! Was a hassle but am still super happy with my purchase and still give 5 eggies. Pro's - Nice looking tower, very neat and tidy inside. Love the lights (I kept the rainbow colors) Super quiet, don't hear a peep but a soft hum. A++ on customer support Packed well.
