- inexpensive at time of purchase - easy to install and fits easily in case - has great display options for my needs

Typical no frills design, as expected from MSI's Ventus line - No hard-lined "gamer" appearance, no RGB LEDs. This is subjective, but a plus for me. Very powerful GPU, 32 GB of GDDR7 on a 512-bit bus. Support for the latest DLSS/FG technologies. Modest factory overclock, though this is an interesting thing - reference boost clock is 2407 MHz, this card is advertised at boost clock of 2437 MHz, however I see this card regularly running at upward of 2700+ MHz while actively gaming. I'm not overclocking it at all, just the latest "game ready" Nvidia drivers. That's pretty crazy. Temps have been quite good, I don't recall seeing GPU temps go much past mid 70s on occasion under heavy gaming load, and the highest I've noticed the VRAM get was like 86c. Not bad for a 5090 on air. Smaller form factor compared to some of these other RTX 5090 behemoths out there and can be beneficial for those with chassis constraints. Even though current pricing is less than ideal, this is one of the cheapest RTX 5090 options available, as MSI's Ventus line usually is in general.

Stpped up from a rtx3060 12gb, I happy as a cat in a bowl full of catnip. I dont have any issues as of yet, and actually enjoying the worlds of the games I play.

32GB VRAM ITs not a cutdown 9070 XT, its 98% the same speed in gaming and obviously much greater for large memory applications like pytorch/generative ai. Still boosts right up to 3ghz, can be undervolted, no stupid zero rpm fan idle Fan defaults to a silent 1000rpm idle and unlike most blower gpus it really doesnt need to ramp up path 50% pwm (2500rpm) to cool a sustained 300w. Games exactly like a 9070 xt.

Runs my games really well. So far Ive been playing rise of tomb raider, modded fallout 4, sniper elite, and the ascent. Runs high fps and hasnt given me any memory issues. Perfect upgrade from my 1650 super for the money.

Fast and quiet Works great with 9800X3D

- Overall design and build quality are excellent (must have for white builds) - One of the best VRM designs for a 5090 - Excellent thermals and very quiet fans with stock fan curve - Surprising amount of overclocking headroom - +150 to 200 core offset should be easily doable - Included stand looks far better than a simple GPU stand

Excellent overclocking performance, maintains a 400/3000 boost in benchmarks. Backed that down to 300/2000 for every day use and haven't had any crashes or issues. Great thermals, doesn't pass 61c even under full load with auto fan profile. Zero coil whine or fan noise on auto profile. Fans are silent up for 45%. DLSS is just so much better than FSR4, coming from a Team Red convert.

-Quiet fans -RGB strip even on a budget card -Good performance for the price

much quieter than expected, played minecraft on fabulous and works well in linux mint

Very fast card working great so far with no issues cool and quiet

-performance is there where I need it -visually appealing to look at -RGB is not a eyesore

Its very quite especially rubbing MH Wilds ultra high settings. Makes everything look amd perform just the way I want it. Swapped from a RTX 3080 Super to this a m And it's been the best experience I've had pc gaming wise.

Much better value than NVIDIA 4000 series. Performs well for normal graphics, and can handle some ray tracing if desired. Not tied to the 12VHPWR adapters before they work out the bugs, still uses 2x 8-pin molex. Looks well made.

-Easy to Install -Awesome RGB that's easily controllable via Armory Crate - By the far the coolest (temperature wise) my computer has even been with a graphics card like this -Great at DLSS, AI, and enough OC potential to rival a 5080

Plays a ton of games at 1440p maxed or almost maxed. The power draw isnt that high.

Really good 1440p performance and 1080p performance Runs any game perfectly!
