Stable, firm, comfortable chair was a huge upgrade from my old seat from the second I finished construction and sat down. I'm a 6 foot 210lb guy and this chair hits just the right height for sitting with good posture without having to fidget my legs about to keep them from cramping. The arm rests aren't too narrow to flip a leg up and sit half cross legged either, which is a typical comfort shift for me over time. The casters are standard size so I was able to swap them out for the rollerblade constructs I use on all my chairs with ease. There's nothing wrong with the ones that come with this chair, I just sit on carpet and prefer the bearing rotating tall profile wheels to what comes with most chairs.

Comfort, adjustability, easy to assemble

My wife loves this chair! It easily went together in app 1/2 hour and it is very comfortable. She loves the swing-out footrest and how much it reclines. Her only problem is it doesn't go low enough for her, (she is 5ft tall), so her feet don't touch the floor when she sits in it. But she still loves it.
