Pc came on time if not a few days faster than expected. Pc build is clean and tight. all wires and cables are easily accessible while still being low profile. Pc runs great haven't had any issues with it since i got it several months ago. I'm running top notch games like Starfield and Fallout, and Skyrim, With zero lag and perfect High definition. We did have two fans burn out within about 4 months of having the pc, but to my surprise the customer service was fantastic. there wasn't an issue at all getting ahold of them and they just asked for my order number and immediately responded back saying they were sending me a new set of fans. I only needed two fans replaced and within a week they sent me the replacement fans plus one extra fan at zero charge and zero hassle to me whatsoever. Seriously in a time where customer service is literally all over the internet and shown as being a most ridiculous hassle, MXZ has seriously given me a glimpse of hope that people actually care about their product and their customers. They could have given me grief, they could have required fifty questions and diagnostics and inspections, they could have required just about anything then apologized but we Arnt responsible for the burnt-out fans, but they didn't. They just said show me the order number and here you go. Awesome service will most definitely buy from them again when it is time and I can afford the upgrade!

He says this game plays all the games he likes better than his old computer. It even plays games his old computer struggled with. His old computer was a 6 year old Alienware.

Right out of the box it was packed extremely well, no dents dings scratches or missing pieces. I was a little weary never hearing of this company before, but I couldnt have been happier with this purchase. A lot more quite just running normally than I thought. 10/10

Just throw a mid tier GPU and a hard drive in it and it's ready to game

I have wanted a desktop and monitor several years and this system is perfect for me. Easy to set up and very fast.

Being a computer geek from the 80's, I need fast, fast, and this one is fast. I've been programing computers since before they were called pc's and I am impressed.

Fast, easy setup, everything was preload ready to go just need to update. Hardware was exactly as advertised. RGB lighting and the MSI Center app let me customize anything I want to.

It does exactly what you expect a product with these specs to do

I upgraded from an old Alienware. the speed and FPS are great. So far, it's been a great upgrade. The storage is just enough for what I need. This was super easy to set up right out of the box.

Prebuilt, loaded and ready for use out of box. Any tech issues was handled by perfect customer service until I was problem free and satified completely with purchase. Wish it came with more clearly marked drive bays and 2 SATA cables and screws but easily fixed.

As far as looks, great computer - I love how it lights up and if you want, you can turn off the rbg. As soon as the computer came in, I took of the cooler from the CPU to check the paste (good amount used, as some sellers dont paste lol). Have had it for a few days and runs like charm. The wire job was underrated as well, very very neat and tight work. No issues when turning on. So far this is a 10/10 computer as far as craftsmanship and how it runs. Thank you!!!
