The product was shipped very securely with little chance of anything coming loose. Shipping was very fast (I had the machine within 3 days). The cable management inside was immaculate. I appreciated their included checklist (completed by a person by hand) to show the product had been thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Specs are a great budget build for gaming without breaking the bank. Setup was a breeze, only needing to attach the wifi antennae and boot it up.

Super easy set up. Great hardware for the price point. I bought 2, one for me and one for the wife to replace our Digital Storm pre-builds from 6 years ago. 512gb is a bit tight with the games sizes these days but there is room to add another M.2 as well as an ssd. The 5060ti runs all the games I have at highest settings (upgraded from my old 1050ti) so I'm definitely happy with this purchase. After putting it to heavy use for a month now, I've had no problems and no major complaints. I've run diag software while playing games and it stays cool and performs as expected.

Loved how quick its easy to setup and Loved how no bloated programs installed. For The Price of the build its awesome I love the cable management and Glass door to get to the mother board for ram and gpu upgrades and power supply.

This was my very first computer I've ever purchased. I did a lot of research and found that this would be good for my internet browsing, shopping and moderate gaming. I found no issues with set up from box to desk. Very simple.

Pros: - Customer Support is outstanding! -Tech support is responsive and consists of a very knowledgeable team from the people I have spoken to. -Runs AAA games smoothly in epic/ultra settings for the most part, 1440 works best for this PC -multiple applications like virtual studio, SQL software's, you tube at the same time was not a problem -Setup was easy, instructions were clear -Cables are managed is clean -Case looks much better in person -fan placement is great, fan at base of the unit. -Build is set up to be navigated very easily, panels are easy on and off. Cables are easily accessible.

extremely quiet rgb is decent more than enough storage for a console player can be heavily tweaked for double digit frames

i7-14700F, 16GB RTX 5060Ti w/ 32GB RAM Arrived quick, looks great. I actually like the "square" look of the case. There is a lot of room inside to dissipate heat. Packaged as one should expect. Plugged it in and started right up, lightning fast and lots of RGB!

170 hz iracing high settings, triple 32 inch 2k monitors. Power house. So... as an engineer, the cost of the machine part by part is about 3300. This is a pretty good deal

He says this game plays all the games he likes better than his old computer. It even plays games his old computer struggled with. His old computer was a 6 year old Alienware.
