Newegg immediately accepted a return on this controller. This unit was very nice and I'd honestly call it up to preference between it (very nice controller) and the good ol Logitech F310. The Logitech sticks are a bit behind this MSI, as are its R1,R2, L1, L2, but the D pad buttons and longevity of the Logitech are something. This is a great controller, definitely recommend at the price I paid, and it's unfortunate the unit was a bad one. Thanks, Newegg, for an overall good experience given the situation. You're a reliable company.

It doesnt move at all, it has pretty good quality and it also allows my mouse to glide through easily

- Easy to see in the dark. - Comes with a mouse so you don't have to hunt for one. - Isn't Tenkeyless, meaning more functionality. - Makes those beautiful clacks that I love. <3

I just got this and set it up and it feels sooooo good. It looks good, nice and quiet and the fact that you can use it with or without the cord a real plus. Out of all the gaming keyboards I have owned over the years this has been the most expensive but easily worth it. Super easy to set up and use.

I can just sit back and watch movies like I'm in a theater.

Programming macros and adjusting settings is a snap with the software. Built from quality materials - scratch and wear resistant. Per key RGB isn't an overstatement, there is programming for every key and nearly every space between them. Key switches are smooth and well defined. Radial dial for additional features is a convenient bonus. Matt finish, so there is no key-glare caused by backlighting. Heavy - which I consider a pro, but some people may not appreciate as much.

It is very light Very responsive Glides very well on a mouse pad It was free

Does what it says. Nuf said.

- Perfect wireless latency and stability. - Light weight. - Can be used with AA rechargeable battery. - Work great on MacOs and Apple M1.

Pretty fun and straight forward.

Clicks are like no other mouse Ive had. Never thought it could get better than the original G502 but they did it.

- Not having a cord to limit movement or trip on is nice - The pull-down mic is a nice touch, and it has turned on and off reliably so far (less than a month, though, so don't assume anything there) - The range is decent but not amazing. I didn't know what to expect, but I can only travel a small portion of my house without losing signal. It's still a much better range than a wired headset, and it's no issue for using it with my desktop, but I tend to lose signal even one room away

- mouse wheel is nice and quiet. I had another one made by another company and the wheel squeaked every time it turned. - The ability to change the pointer speed on the mouse is nice and should really be a standard feature for all mice. - Side Mouse Buttons - I always map the spacebar to the side mouse buttons since an overuse injury on my left thumb

Had this mic for a few months and can say it definitely is a great pickup. Picks up everything so if you have loud fans, turn them down. There is NO crackling at all. NONE. I've had that problem with a few mic's and was VERY relieved to find none at all with this one. I have made a few videos and the quality is great. Mic is also heavy and solid throughout which for me makes it feel authentic. Aesthetically it is very pleasing!

Got it on a massive sale Works great Easy Software
