Simple but it working
Plugged it in, no software required, works nice, very quiet typing.
The keyboard is quiet and responsive, easy to type on. The mouse is also very responsive. Both are wireless, so that's great too.
This keyboard & Mouse combo have great range, and I love the way the keyboard feels. It is also fairly quiet & the wrist wrest is comfortable. Have used for at least 6 months for at least 4 hrs. a day and the battery is still going strong. Software only neccesary for special function keys. They decreased the dongle size so it doesn't stick out as far so I no longer hit it (plugged in on front of case on floor). Replacement part prices are reasonable ($10-15 for dongle) instead of like some companies (cough MS, Apple). Also, I have to commend Logitech for excellent support!! I got this as an RMA b/c I broke the adapter to my MK700. They replaced it with a brand new MK 710 even though I broke it (bumped dongle with knee) b/c they couldn't sell me a replacement dongle! Logiyech has always had solid products, so never had to deal with customer support before. Now, after doing so, they definately have a customer for life.
Best keyboard I have. Cheap & excellent quality
Easy setup, works great.
great price and fast delivery
Small, its no bigger that a typical TV remote Cheap only $20 Works
== The K200 keyboard == Membrane keyboards have two selling points: value and quietness. This model has plenty of both, and all the necessary basic features for a productive day. - Reasonably quiet. The level of typing noise on this keyboard is directly (and almost exclusively) bound to how hard you hit the keys. If you're a gentle typer, you wont pollute a Skype conversation with clacking sounds. - Robust and reliable. This keyboard was my primary keyboard for 3 years, utilized 8 hours every day. The keys are still springy and quiet. There is rather minimal wear on the surface of the keys (e.g. the shininess that develops as the finish erodes). - Correct enter/backslash key shape. Both the enter and backslash keys are rectangles. No uncomfortable puzzle piece shenanigans. - Classic, lightly convex key shape with the right amount of bevel and spacing. It's easy to distinguish each key by touch alone. - Keys have a short, but sufficient, travel distance, which helps in typing quickly. You know when you've pressed a key all the way. - Plenty of media keys, including vol up/down and mute. Also includes a sleep key. - Has kickstands to angle itself upwards a bit. - There are rubber grips on the underside, which do a good job of preventing the keyboard from sliding around. - Windows key has Vista/7 orb style :) == The mouse == Considering the price, and that most people probably purchase this product for the keyboard only, the mouse is pretty OK. - Middle mouse click works. Scroll wheel isn't loose or gummy. (no horizontal scroll) - Mouse body is a little small, but has an edge-less, forgiving shape that won't force you to contort hand. - The cord is thin and won't introduce unwanted resistance.
Mouse is comfortable and has no 'delay'. Keyboard is also comfortable and responsive. Doesn't feel 'cheap'. I bought 2 and swapped them out with other 'wired' setup.
Sleek Turns on when you get it Fully customizable
Good deal for the price!
No software required to operate the lighting. MX red switches and PBT key caps feel great very light actuation pressure Solid construction and comfortable to use. Standard Cherry MX key-caps so you can swap the key caps if you so desire
I had an older model that finally died. This one is so much better and more responsive. Could not be happier!
Testing the new keyboard it is very nice I like this keyboard. It is smooth the keys work well and I have no issues so far. I like the media buttons and I can pair it to my phones which is cool but so far I have not used. Overall I am impressed and this keyboard is very nice. I had a Microsoft media keyboard until I spilled coffee on it and had to buy a new one. This keyboard is an improvement and I like it.
It is easy to type faster than a lot of keyboards. It has tactile feedback without being too much. It can be used with up to three different devices, although I haven't tested that. The mouse has a nice feature that you can turn on and off the ratcheting of the scroll wheel.
