light and easy to use
RTX 3080 with 130 watt power limit Bright 300hz display 7000 MB/S pcie gen 4 storage Temperatures are reasonable 32 GB of ram runs at 3200mhz in dual channeL
It was easy to set up and is very fast.
Slim design, lightweight, FAST startup (less than 10 seconds from push-button power on to being able to open programs. This includes the time required to punch in my PIN).
SSD drive is nice. This laptop is much smaller than my last one and easier to move around. The screen is very sharp and clear. I mostly just use it for browsing the internet but I did install steam and a few games and it plays them fine. Back lit keyboard and fingerprint reader are nice additions.
Excellent for gaming, the 300hz is a huge difference from average 144hz. Super fast and hasn't overheated on high settings for processor heavy games.
Price point for hardware and quality are spot on
I compared model after model of USB C docking stations and this was by far my favorite - Supports 2 additional 4k or 1 5k monitor (both HDMI and DisplayPort), has separate mic and headphone jacks, 6 USB ports, and a LAN port. I bought this for my Lenovo Yoga 920 since it has far less ports than i would like for days that i would like to use my External Hard Drive, CD Drive, along with various other USB devices. So far I am very pleased and is exactly what I wanted. I have it command-stripped to my desk to keep it steady in place with my Hard drive ready to go whenever I need it! Definitely be sure to download the Display Link Driver (but not Actual Multiple Monitors unless you plan on paying for it, totally unnecessary). I couldn't figure out why the HDMI ports were not working until I downloaded the driver.
Solid build quality... metal exterior (seems to be metal-plated plastic to keep it light). Not a gosh darn touchscreen (that's the most extreme language NewEgg will let me use). No buttons on the sides of the machine - the power button is the top right key on the keyboard (side buttons are a pet peave of mine since I always hit them by accident if I have to hold the machine in my hands). Good speakers and low latency camera for a laptop. No discrete GPU (I list this as a pro since optimus support on Linux has always been and still is a bit of a mess) Solid Intel loadout (Intel CPU and chipset, Intel WIFI 6 + Bluetooth) so core hardware generally works quite well in Linux. M.2 SSD is Intel, which is a surprisingly high quality brand to find stock in a laptop (even though I replaced mine with a 2TB Samsung SSD).
Sleek design Powerful Great display Upgradable out of the box
Fast and great gaming Clear camera for meetings.
I absolutely love this computer!
-Perfect size-Perfect keyboard-Perfect trackpad-Ryzen CPU (Yes it's pretty hard to find a 3080 laptop with ryzen CPU)-Great balance between portability and performance
- The 3050ti is actually very capable. - One of the better keyboards I've had on a laptop. - Subtle RGB in the keyboard. - Decently size and fast storage with the 512GB drive. - 1080p is great for this form factor (fast refresh rate). - Great view angles.
-60hz Refresh Rate 4K -good battery life -3060 at 130W with dynamic boost -Metal frame makes it feel premium
Just like the title says best value for a gaming laptop.
Good quality, lots of ports
The device work as it should, no complaints. Hase anough USB 3 and USB 2 ports for all your connections, very fast did not notice any lagging. Happy with the purchase.
- Arrived much faster than expected - Seems to be in perfect working order - Was packaged safely and securely
fast, fast, fast Lots of fan control, which this thing needs. The 3080 is rated at 130w.
