Laptop was just like brand new.

Great for basic office task, its not able to play games, but for everyday task and office work its a great pick.

Strong mid-range gaming and multitasking performance. Robust build and excellent cooling. Fast 1TB SSD and 32GB RAM. Great port selection and upgradeability.

This laptop is very nice. I bought it for my son for Christmas because hes been wanting a PC. As his first personal computer, I wanted a good price, but something with a lot of power. This did not disappoint. Its easy to setup, as you can imagine. I downloaded all of the updates and the necessary software and everything like that: steam, Minecraft, discord, etc. I also decided to test it, but I didnt want to buy any games yet, so I looked for free games with beautiful graphics. I was thinking I was going to have to default to Warframe, but ran across Where Winds Meet. After the download, I played it and it was very pixelated!! Like PS3. I was like, what did I just buy and I was ready to send it back. Then I thought: ok well I didnt restart it after I downloaded all of the drivers and software; let me try that. When I tell you that the graphics are insane!! The ray tracing was fantastic! Everything moved so smoothly and it felt like I was on my desktop. I even had the thought of why did I spend twice as much for my desktop? But its been great all around, and I know my son will love it.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this laptop. Absolutely no cons!

10 minutes set up as I transferred my old Samsung tablet info directly to the new tablet using the Samsung app

It's a nice Tablet, for the price.

The price is great for this MSI Laptop.
