It's extremely well built, solid metal and handles my monitors with ease, no flexing noticed. Installation was pretty straightforward and the instructions are also easy to follow. The arms hold their position very well and once locked into place, dont move much at all!

-Simple installation I used it with the lags provided and they are secure. The full range of motion is nice and the tension is great. Currently have 3 of them for a triple monitor setup.
