Workability, Usability, esthetics, was very easy to install and set up. It lets my components breathe and work to the nine without any issues. Set it up with dual boot of windows and a specially made kali linux version they did for me.

similar to the z790, which I currently have. Great look and amazing options.

The new build had an issue with the Windows 11 installation. I called MSI, and they resolved the issue within a few minutes, walking me through updating the firmware, and I was up and running. Great product, glad I purchased it.

Everything works great as intended

The ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Dark Hero is phenomenal. I want to start by mentioning the attention to detail and the build qualityit's on another level. The board feels very solid, strong, and heavy. The main reason I decided to go with this board is that it allows me to run two Gen 5 SSDs at full speed without losing GPU performance, keeping the graphics card running at x16. I do lose the use of the 40Gb USB-C ports, but honestly I dont use them anyway. Working on the board was super easy thanks to all the EZ-Latch mechanisms, which made installing components quick and hassle-free.

Improved network speed and wifi. Better slot placement than the PRO 650m A board. The pci slot for expansion cards is full length so I can use a 10G network card and it has an extra PCI-E 8 pin connector for power for PCIE 5 SSD.

Plenty of USB ports including 3.0 and USB C Advanced audio ports Built-in quality ASIO driver (if you make music) AIPC ready (whatever that means!) Advanced overclocking options and capabilities

Product has all the essential features you'd want from a premier motherboard on AM5 with an X870E chipset. It's also THE board to build with if you're going for an aesthetically pleasing ALL-white build. Gigabyte AORUS is the defacto standard in IMO, with no minor details overlooked, including fan headers and dimm slots appearing in white, unlike other industry counterparts that typically cheap out in favor or injection molded components in black. +Wifi 7 +PCIE 5 lanes +Tool-less access for accessories +All-white aesthetic including the small bits (fan headers + dimm slots, etc)

-B850 so no need for a Bios update with Zen 5 -The "Eagle" text was blocked by the exhaust fan in my case (I consider this a pro) -Pre-installed IO shield is nice -More than enough headers for my needs

This board is very well made. Super heavy weight, massive voltage regulation heat sinks and excellent lay out. I went with a Samsung 9100 Pro as the boot drive. I usually get Samsung SSD's with the factory heatsink but the one without was half the price. The Gigabyte Motherboard PCIe5.0 slot heatsink works beautiful (idle temp is 83°F). As I continue on with my 10 year old Lian Li all Aluminum full tower, I an running a 120mm ASUS TUF water cooler on the Core Ultra 270k Plus. (Idle temps about 97°F very satisfactory IMO ..see included screen caps). The 9100 Pro is super fast. Write speed is faster than read, never seen that before but both numbers are very impressive. System memory is the Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6400MHz (CMK32GX5M2B6400Z36) and it runs XMP perfectly stable at 6400 speed so it's a safe selection if you need a memory kit.
