For the price this is hands down one of the best power supply units I have seen! Literally came out within the past year. So has all the needed features for future compatibility plus has 220% power excursion. The 5v boost feature is an overclockers dream for stability while pushing the limits. The hipower 12v cord with the green tip to make sure its plugged in all the way with the sensors to make sure your not overheating is the chef's kiss for this unit!! I'm in love. Been an Asus Strix fanboy for a long time and I recently switched to Asrock products and I have not been disappointed yet! PSU, GPU, motherboard all work like butter.. but this power supply is the bee's knees without question i recommend to anyone upgrading or just looking to build a pc. You wont regret the purchase!

Yes, I spent $300 dollars on a PSU... Why may you ask? Because I'm a gamer and gaming is all that matters duh.. In all seriousness, this is a good brand known for making quality products. Something like this will last a while, so if you are thinking about seriously upgrading your CPU and GPU in the future it's worth it.

I gave this five stars because of the excellent quality and craftsmanship. One of the first things I noticed was how light this power supply was compared to the old days when they were big and heavy. A lot people complain about the fan noise on the 1000wt but this 1200 wt is relatively quiet in my PC.

Comes with nice quality cables and a built-in fan controller. A breeze to install compared to my corsair
