Some miner difficulties but found help/answers on Reolink Q&A web site. Mac and Windows software both work great. iPhone app worked first time. This was most important for my wife and one of the things that guided our choice. Reolink has a good selection of PoE systems, cameras and accessories. The system is excellent and I am buying two more 16-channel systems for other locations.

-Great video quality -Camera mics are sensitive without being overpowered by ambient noise. Capable of hearing medium level conversation 30yds away on a windy day next to a busy road. (Not concerned to have that option, but for some who may be concerned, this is the product to get, I was shocked!!) -App is easy to use once learned.

I bought this system to replace my blink system which didnt have the motion detection range that i needed. Setting up the first camera was simple configuring the system was easy, granted I have only had the unit for 14 hrs but im very very happy so far.

- Small and portable. - Mounts to a variety of surfaces - Low wattage. - Includes IR lamps and sensors built in. Once you have Ubuquiti's Protect installed, the camera installation is to easy to setup. I tried Unifi Video and its great, but for ease of use the Protect line is good especially for new users to use. To be honest the phone app is great an to easy to use for anyone.

Good image quality, has a speaker so you can confuse your pets. (two-way audio) Unlike other camera's with card storage and no battery backup, accidentally unplugging the power cable doesn't seem to result in damaged memory card.

I purchased the Reolink E1 and the Argus 2 a year ago. However, I've had less connection issues with the E1 camera. And, even though it's considered to be for indoor, I use it for outdoor and it works perfect (except at night. But if you have outdoor lighting, then it's fine). It has the full 355/50 degrees pan tilt. Sound and speaker work great. The price is reasonable and it's practical.

Works great
