passed Memtest86 at rated speed
- Single bit ECC functions work on W680
- It works - It supports ECC - It's on the fast side - Because it's ECC, I was easily able to immediately detect that one DIMM was slightly defective (see Cons), instead of having that defect subtly corrupt everything I do for months and months until I finally get annoyed enough to run memtest and discover it...
(1) A 128 GB quad-channel memory kit with AMD EXPO. (2) Computer cool boots in under 60 seconds. (3) RAM temps stay below 50C (under load) without heat spreaders. (4) Operates at 1.35V instead of 1.40V. (5) Costs $200 less than competitor's offering.
The vendor shipped the product 4 days faster then forecast. Good job A-Tech
cheap fast low latency ecc registered on my supermicro QVL
This memory worked out of the box. It got detected as 5200MHz in my motherboard that didn't list it in the QVL. I was able to choose speed of 5600MHz in the BIOS and it worked without any glitches. Very good stick of RAM at a good price.
128GB of affordable ECC DDR4 RAM. Tested error-free in a full day of MEMtest 86+. It works well and is the recommended brand/model of DIMMs for my Supermicro X10DRi motherboard.
