I plugged the audio cable into the headphone jack on the back of my nixeus v2 monitor and decided to listen to just the desktop speakers first and they sound terrific by themselves with the subwoofer the set is the bomb for playing music and internet work. these speakers will not shake the walls but the sound is superb even at the highest level of volume. I believe if a gamer did not need nuclear sound levels these speakers would be the ticket if desktop space is a problem. as others have stated the audio cable is the shortest of the three but if you have an audio out connection on your monitor all is good. and the usb cable is long enough for a reach to the computer with length left over. the subwoofer cable is not a problem at all. the desktop speakers have a round rubber base that not only holds the speakers in place but eliminates any vibration. there is also rubber pads on the feet of the subwoofer. in my opinion if you are short on tabletop space these speakers are what you need and they look good. this set is also perfect for a laptop which I own also and have used this speaker set on. in summary the quality and audio from this speaker set is well worth the money.

Easy install, zero drivers needed, wish it was USB only and not also needing a audio jack, but that's under my desk now. Fits well under my monitor and the light is unobtrusive and fun. Great volume, much better than my monitor speakers. This is a great bang for the buck.

Sound quality is exceptional.

Sound Quality is awesome. Bass is kicking. Easy to install. Even at high volume it still sounds great ( Having a solid sound card helps). Price is good for what you get.

I use this on my Windows 10 laptop or Linux Mint desktop and it's just plug and play, nice clear sound. Excellent for television dialogue or for music.

I didn't think I needed new speakers till I actually plugged these in. I'm hearing things now that I wasn't able to hear before lol...

Very easy set up and great for hearing loss. Sound quality is excellent, upgraded from Logitech z-560 (4.1) and much these have much more fidelity. Very punchy bass but not distorted or flat. Build quality is also very good. The control unit is intuitive and easy to fine tune the sound to your liking. Very Satisfied.

For the price, very good sound

Very pleased with the performance of these speakers after around 3 months of ownership. Very loud, very clear. I am considering a second pair to replace another set of more expensive BT speakers.

Some people complain that the sound coming out of these is weak and not crystal clear. Well, let me just clear that up for you: I think, without a doubt, that these speakers sound better than the $400 5.1 speaker setup we have in our living room. Seriously, these things bump hard. Can't wait for everyone in my dorm next semester to listen to my music...

For how small they are they sure do pack a punch!!! Sound is clean an crisp and the bass is great!!! AWESOME AWESOME SPEAKERS, THEY ARE A MUST BUY!!!
