These are solid units! They are relatively heavy compared to others their size. They feel very rugged . The outside (keychain part) swivels around the actual drive to expose either a USB-A or USB-C port. There is a very solid detent at both positions.

Been using it for about 11 days now, transferred all of my old 32GB data to it, now I have 32GB of storage free! Transfers have been fast so far, though I know read/write are different it took about 11 minutes to write the data to my HDD and about 3 minutes to put it back on this new 64GB.

Price was excellent for 32GB 3.0 USB drive. I did a few simple comparisons for data transfer with several ISO video files and obviously the 3.0 was way, way faster (650MB, 2.2 GB and 4.3 GB size files). My older 2.0 drive took 1:50, 5:45, and 13:30 respectively. This new Verbatim 3.0 took less than 30 sec, 1:40 and 3:20 respectively. So, it took 10 mins off the transfer for the largest file. Also, I love the feel of this drive. Lightweight plastic case, but somehow feels very solid. Very effective slide design to extend or retract the USB which clicks firmly into place (in both extended and retracted positions). No cap to lose, but still protects data. Has a built in ring to clip on a keychain or lanyard.
