Holds a LOT of music
I was happy to get a U3 cars that can be written over many times.
It works as advertised. Getting MUCH faster read/write speeds than my old pre- USB 3.0 reader (that looks identical). I benchmarked my microSD card at ~40-50 MB/s. Given the speed ratings of "up to" on SD cards, I couldn't say for sure if this reader or the card is the limiting factor. The same card achieved around 10 MB/s on the old reader. Goal was to be able to measure the difference between different "high speed" SD cards (so I can pick which should go in the phone and which in other more general storage uses). Mission accomplished, I was able to discern a speed difference with this reader where I wasn't with the old 2.0 one.
It look great and no compatibility issues.
- Good GB/Dollar ratio - Decent speed
Fast flash drive. Excellent materials and great storage tech. Good capacity for pricepoint.
Great product
Scandisk name
fast shipping, as described, havent used it yet, bought it for future use
Very small and unobtrusive. It is perfect for staying plugged into my AV receiver in the front USB jack. I ripped all my CDs on to it and it works great.
These have worked great and are exactly as advertised
Used with a full frame Canon DSLR at 24 Megapixels in RAW format with a JPEG thumbnail. No problems with writing, but I'm not doing any burst shots or 4K recording. Never had a SanDisk card fail on me. Have a few R-Data cards that have held up over the years also, but SanDisk is my go to.
It was easy to install. It was a bit of a snug fit but it is secure. Cards and USB plugs fit in clean. Clean clear labels. The cords in back are long enough to reach even through my gaming case.
Good drive. It works fine, and I put one of my own plastic caps over the end to protect it from dust and dirt. Good buy when it's on sale!
Small yet durable metal casing. Reformat with NTFS rather than FAT32
Made in Taiwan. As of 2024, the T-Create Expert SMART series are the only MicroSDs with data integrity user feedback, its unique. I hope MicroSD with SMART becomes Standard
