Took five minutes to install in my desktop PC. You must download the latest drivers from the Support website (they are from Intel). I bought this for my wife's desktop so it can be used during power outages. It works great. It gives her internet and Bluetooth (for her mouse). FYI, the internet we use during power outages isn't as fast as our normal internet. So, getting a higher speed adapter would not help.

no problems with this device at all... windows 10 pro 64 bit... it installed without the need for the CD. And I put my network password in and presto! it's been working ever since.. I get 5 signal bars and my router is through a wall and some stairs... connection is great 150 MB wireless N.. Unfortunately I don't have AC yet to test. But it's nice knowing I can use that in the future :)
