I have about 10 external cases of different type at home for backing up family videos and pictures. This is the first one that I have purchase because of it design. It designed to be user friendly to allow you to swap your hard drives out super fast. The case cover just slide off easily without needing any tools. I have a few 2.5 SATA hard drives from my old laptop that I keep because of important work files and data I used for reference. This case makes it so convenience for me to just take one out and pop another one in. I bought one to try it out but now I plan to buy a couple more since the price is very reasonable. The data transfer speed is super fast since its USB 3.0. I notice how much faster my old 5400 RPM HD is now compare to when it was on the 2.0. I feel like I just got a super fast hard drive thanks to the USB 3.0.
