Great Screen Amazing visuals
There is one review of this monitor on YouTube thats Monitors Unboxed. This monitor is simply gorgeous. The blacks and colors are so vibrant. It does blow my previous 27 IPS out of the water. This has a 240 refresh rate as well. Just wish I had a gpu that could push frames that high. This also had a KVM built in as well as powered usb c. The audio output is a bit low through the headphone jack so I went direct audio output from my pc. Did I mention this was 34 ultrawide? Beautiful width and a slight curve.

- Great for most applications. 3840x2100 / 16:9 is what it is. It's not 1.6 aspect ratio, so some items look stretched. Can't really tell unless you have a 16:10 monitor to compare it to. - Desktop application allows control over the monitor, although it's mixed (see cons) - Usb works reasonably well unless you aren't using pip on the connected device. Then you lose usb hub AND audio if you have audio hooked up to a speaker, for example. There's an option to change audio to the pip device, but the desktop app to manage the monitor doesn't work on the pip device.

- 4th Gen QD-OLED 4K UHD, 240Hz - Return to 4K was most welcome, have used 4K 60Hz panels in the past, now OLED - Perfect time to upgrade monitor, just released May 2025 - Wanted 27" size (came from 27" 1440P); fits better on my desk - Good color, true deep blacks, no dead pixels, or bright patches/bleeding like with TN panels - I liked the stand better on the XG27UCDMG than the similar PG27UCDM - Display Stream Compression (DSC) with DisplayPort 1.4 allows it to handle 4K 240Hz signals - 27" monitor, higher pixel density - Saved a couple hundred $$$ by going with the monitor with DP 1.4
Fast clear clean video and pics.
These monitors are AMAZING. The clarity, brightness, color reproduction, port options, stand (swivel, rotate, raise/lower), and of course contrast, are all perfect. No lag or distortion with HD movies. We bought 45 about 18 months ago, and since then we have purchased another 30+, as well as several of the E273's. In all of that time, of the 80+ total panels, we only had 3 of this model with a faulty DisplayPort. It showed up about 6 months into usage, would randomly disconnect the screen to blackness, or go into colored snow. Firmware updates on all sides did not help, but replacement monitors did. HP Elite model Warranty is perfection, replacement units in mint condition arrived within days of submitting the claim, and included return box and label.
