worth it

Pros: does what its supposed to, the modular cables r gr8 and its nice you can plug them into any of the plugs.
Cons: none
Overall Review: the change light option is cool, only wish it had red too. is running an SSD with 3 mechanical HD's, and 2500k OC5ghz, 2 6970's crossfire and a fan controller, i think its hungry for more
Worked great for two years.....

Pros: As a product it's great. It gives me my full 100 mbps over wifi and has great signal.
Cons: Almost hit the two year mark and it seems to be crapping out. Tried a firmware update and doesn't seem to help. Loses connection intermittently. Of course it's only got a 1 year warranty.
Overall Review: Overall good product but somewhat expensive and only lasted two years :/
Great! That price though....

Pros: Great kit of ram.
Cons: None, Price?
Overall Review: I bought a kit of it in Sept 2016 and a little over $50. Building another computer for my uncle and got it for $216 O_O. Looked a few days later and it's already $232. WOW. Price is skyrocketing because smart phones are using the same ddr4 chips and manufactures can't keep up with demand. Either way it's still a good kit.
Great!

Pros: Pretty cheap and super fast!!!
Cons: So far none.
Overall Review: Worked right out of the box. Really fast. So far no cons to speak of. Hard to find these specs on other SSD's at this price. I recommend!. I've got one for myself and a friend has had one for a few months, both no issues!
Unbelievable!

Pros: This card is a monster. I haven't even overclocked it yet and I can already max out The Witcher 3, even with nvidia hair effects on! That's insane. Everything runs smooth as butter no matter what I throw at it. It also runs cool, more about cooling in cons.
Cons: As I said in pros- it runs cool, no hotter than 65c however if you run the stock fan profiles it gets loud. At idle the fans will shut off completely leaving it silent and idling at about 55c. I didn't like that so I set some custom fan profiles through MSI afterburner and now it idles in the low 40's. Keeping it quiet during gaming while maintaining cooling took a bit of tinkering but I've got the profiles set where you can barely hear it in games and it doesn't go over 73c which is still pretty cool for a GPU. The noise might be a big deal to some, not to me since I got it setup with custom fan profiles however I did knock off an egg.
Overall Review: If you know enough to set custom fan profiles or if noise isn't an issue, this card is for you for sure. If you want something quiet however with no tinkering at all, sorry to say but this card does get loud once the fans get past 40%. Overall if you're buying a card of at this level I imagine you know a bit about what you're doing and I totally recommend it. I love it!!!
Great card

Pros: This is my second 6970. Works as advertised. Got mine OCed to 950 on the core and 1400 on the mem. Running in crossfire with my 3 year old sapphire 6970 and everything works great.
Cons: Even though it's an aftermarket dual fan cooler it can still be noisy over 50% fan speeds. It's not as loud as a stock cooler though and it's not enough to take off an egg. The cooling is pretty good though and the card doesn't get very hot.
Overall Review: One thing I didn't notice about this card until I got it is the mem speed. The stock mem speed on pretty much all 6970's is 1375mhz but this one is 1250mhz. I only noticed when trying to oc this card even with my other 6970. Both cores are at 950mhz but this cards mem won't go past 1400mhz while my sapphire card is at 1450mhz. It's not really a con because it says on the specs here on newegg 1250mhz, I just didn't notice. It also doesn't make a huge difference in performance. My 2 sapphire 6970's before one died a few years ago would score 10500 in 3dmark 11, these two score 10300 so it's pretty close, nearly in the margin of error. Not really sure why the mem is clocked slower on this card, maybe it's a lower performance mem than what was initially used in the 6970's when they were brand new. Alone this card scores 6300 in 3dmark 11. Either way for 99$ this is still the best bang for buck card out there and outperforms any card on the market at the 99$ price point.
