Works!!5/14/2021 10:20:23 AM

Pros: Lots of paste in the tube. Thick enough to stay in place, but not too thick to be difficult to spread.

Cons: The endcap usually ends up with paste on it, and it's tough to keep clean

Overall Review: I haven't done any benchmarks to see how effective it is compared to generic paste, but it works and the price was right. I'm happy with the thickness of the paste... it spreads easily on the CPU or GPU, but doesn't clump or roll around on the surface... nor is it too thin. It has the perfect consistency. It's also quite sticky, so be careful when removing heatsinks... it's strong like glue.

Perfect for the price!5/14/2021 10:16:19 AM

Pros: Clamp meter Work light Capacitance function Lighted display

Cons: The clamp is a bit thick, making it a challenge to get around tight wiring. The power-off timer beep sounds exactly like my UPS when it's running on battery. Freaks me out every time.

Overall Review: I am happy to report it functions as expected. The clamp meter told me how efficient my PC PSU was for my mining rig (80%), removing all mystery regarding the power consumption. The work light is also a nice touch, in case I need to use it in a poorly lit area. Super happy.

Small, but inexpensive when on sale5/14/2021 10:06:42 AM

Pros: Nice little rack (lol) for my wife's project storage.

Cons: Smaller than it appears in pics.

Overall Review: Overall, I'm happy with the rack... the price was right, and it holds things. Other reviewers complain about the rack shelves being upside down, but the lip actually stops items from falling off. I'd like a larger rack (lol), but I'm happy with the size.

Reminds me of Portal11/28/2020 8:10:27 PM

Pros: Pretty white case with black accents

Cons: None

Overall Review: I love how the design reminds me of the game Portal from Valve. It was a gift for my wife and she loves it too.

Seems to work!10/30/2020 8:13:46 PM

Overall Review: With two 4-year-olds in the house, this is great! No more cleaning off thermometers after sticking them in butts!

Amazing value in 2020!10/27/2020 10:50:34 AM

Pros: Best price No sharp edges internally Lots of fan bays Top and bottom dust filters Multiple potential radiator mounts Lots of the same features as more expensive cases Nice modern look. No bays or cutouts in the front

Cons: A little on the lightweight side Side panel is frameless lexan, so its a bit flimsy Feet at bottom are not rubber so it slips around easily Top dust filter isn't secured by anything except magnetism

Overall Review: This case delivers a lot for the lowest price on Newegg (at the time of purchase)

32GB sticks that work great in my MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon with a Ryzen 1700X!6/8/2020 1:06:59 PM

Pros: Monster-sized DIMMs. Allows up to 128GB RAM in a MB with four DIMM-slots. Worked without any special BIOS settings in my MB

Cons: 32GB DIMMs might not work in all MBs (supposedly some X370/B3x0 MBs might not recognize 32GB DIMMs with Ryzen 1000-series CPUs.) Make sure your MB is using the latest BIOS (my MSI uses "ComboPi1.0.0.4/SMU v46.54" and recognizes all the DIMMs)

Overall Review: I am running a 'whitebox' ESXi homelab server and was running out of memory with 64GB (4x16GB) of RAM. I researched to see if my motherboard supported 32GB DIMMs, and found some anecdotal evidence of support on MSI X370 boards running 2000/3000 Ryzens. I decided to take a chance and bought 2 DIMMs... Now I have 96GB of RAM (2x32GB+2x16GB) and everything is great! If I need 128GB, I can swap out the 16's for 32's. 5 Golden Eggs!

Works perfectly, as expected.3/27/2017 2:08:44 PM

Pros: On sale for $3 off. Works as designed.

Cons: It wasn't free.

Overall Review: My Asus Flipbook laptop has a single ram slot and requires DDR3L (low power) RAM. If "normal" 1.5V DDR3 is installed, the RAM isn't activated and your OS won't see it.

I now have EIGHT of these drives. ZERO failures.7/30/2014 12:25:35 PM

Pros: Reliable. Speedy. Quiet. Efficient. Cool. Amazing value when on sale.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I'm surprised so many people claim to have multiple failures on these drives. I suspect many of them may be failed due to poor power supplies or other power quality issues. I've got these 8 2TB drives going back to early 2013 still going strong in my RAID5 NAS box.

My feet thank Rosewill!5/13/2014 8:18:43 PM

Pros: Sturdy, adjustable, wide, thick rubber surface (removable for cleaning, too) and a perfect solution for gaming for long periods.

Cons: Strong smell when first removed from the box. Took a few days to "air out"

Overall Review: I've been waiting for a computer footrest at a decent price, and these are actually nicer than many of the ones I looked at from OfficeMax, etc.

Pretty fast and affordable.5/4/2014 3:48:18 AM

Pros: Inexpensive on sale. 16GB of USB3 storage. Pretty fast writes, very fast reads on USB3. Maxes out USB2 on both reads and writes.

Cons: Not uber-fast, but for the price it has been excellent. Would like an activity LED.

Overall Review: Add an LED to the device.

Nice flush design5/4/2014 3:19:25 AM

Pros: Works as advertised. Charges/powers USB devices. Has a nice red LED, and fits flush in my lighter-socket like it was a factory installed charger! Excellent value.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I'm happy.

Awesome drive. I've got 7 of them!2/24/2014 7:21:30 PM

Pros: Fast, cheap, cool and quiet!

Cons: Not free. Did not come with gold coins in the box.

Overall Review: I've been using these drives for a while. They're just relabelled Hitachi Deskstar 7k3000s, known to be one of the fastest 7200 RPM 2TB drives, especially for the price! None of my drives have failed, either. I have 6 running in an Openfiler server in RAID5, and one as an OS drive for my PC.

Didn't work with my KVM. Oh well.2/1/2014 5:02:43 PM

Pros: Bought this for a Dlink kvm-221 with a missing cable. It didn't work at all.

Cons: Didn't work. Not Linkskey's fault.

Response to Esote11/19/2013 3:39:18 PM

Pros: I did not purchase this item. I just wanted to respond to Esote's statement regarding the 'proprietary' USB connector. That connector is actually the industry-standard plug for USB3.0 micro-USB. If the cord fails, you can just buy another. Or if it's too short, buy a longer one... like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812422985

Cons: If it has a Seagate inside, then no thanks.
