Superb

Pros: PCI Express 2.0. Has a whole bag of features. Everything I could want and more. Comes with a lot of nice extras. Works nice with Linux. Don't need Windows to upgrade BIOS. Support for the upcoming Yorkfield processors. 1600 MHz frontside bus. 6 SATA ports. Nice heatsink on Northbridge.
Cons: No kitchen sink. Pricy.
Overall Review: According to the Gentoo wiki, the RAID is not a real full hardware RAID, and may not be worth bothering with.
Does not work with Linux

Pros: Low Price
Cons: Does not work with Linux as of kernel 2.6.23. I get the MMC error, which indicates a firmware bug according to this website.
Overall Review: loud
sata died after 6 months

Pros: Good features. Nice LCD for post problems. Good features. Convenient reset button on the back.
Cons: The SATA ports all died in under 6 months.
Overall Review: I had numerous memory issues. Some incompatible, or didn't play nice with a second pair in. The the memory never over-clocked like it should.
breakage

Pros: cheap
Cons: broke after about a month
Overall Review: the case is nice
awesome machine

Pros: Extremely portable. Looks sexy. The Linux is very cool. SSD makes it light. 2 SD card slots is very nice. Ethernet. 3 USB ports. VGA out. Keyboard is great. I like the sensitivity of the trackpad. Colors and resolution on the screen are very good. Small and light. Nice case. Small AC adapter.
Cons: The contrast of the screen and the graphics capabilites of the chip are weak. Battery life is so-so.`
Overall Review: The linux is great. You really don't need to upgrade the RAM. 512 is more than plenty. I did upgrade the RAM so that I could have a tmpfs on /tmp and it is a huge pain. Didn't boot the first try because the SD ribbon did not reseat correctly. Get a couple cheap SD cards and use them to expand the memory and prolong the life of the SSD. Boot time is fantastic -- ~ 20sec. Mine came with a buggy BIOS -- do not set the BIOS password without upgrading the BIOS first. Otherwise it truncates it to 8 chars and capitalizes each char without telling you.
Nice value
Pros: Works very well so fair. In the other two channels I have Geil PC2 4300, but still runs at optimum performance.
Cons: Plastic packaging it came in was cheap.
Overall Review: When researching, I found a website that said it was fine to use PC2 4200 with PC2 4300 and the switch in number is a marketing junk. According to my bios and experience, they work well together.
