Pros: -Everything just worked first time with zero issues
-Turn on DOCP (XMP) to auto OC memory
-Easy to use bios
-Fan Xpert makes it super easy to manage all fan speeds
-Lots of fan headers
-High quality board
Cons: -Southbridge fan gets covered up by video card (haven't had any issues with overheating though, so doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you have proper cooling in your case)
Overall Review: I got this ASUS TUF X570 Plus for the AMD Ryzen 3900X and it worked PERFECTLY on the first try. This is the 2nd time I'm trying the 3900X as the first go I gave up with so many issues with posting and resuming from sleep, but that was with an MSI board which was junk, would never buy an MSI board ever again. Everything just WORKED with the Asus board. I was even able to go into the bios and turn on DOCP (XMP) and my memory automatically clocked up to it's OC rated speed automatically. I can't express enough how much better Asus boards are over MSI boards. GET this board or any Asus board for that matter, much more stable. Runs the 3900X like a dream and my Crucial Ballistix 3200 memory (2x 16gb).
Pros: - Quiet
- No Coil Whine
- No bright RGB Lights
Cons: -No back plate
Overall Review: This is a great card, I have had no issues with it. No coil whine, no issues with overheating. It runs cool and quiet like EVGAs usually do. Have had no issues with drivers as well. It has no RGB which I don't mind because I will take function over flashing lights. Overall I highly recommend.
Pros: - Durable
- Fully modular
- Lots of connector options
- 10 year warranty
Cons: - Cables aren't mesh
Overall Review: Corsair has a high reputation for high quality long lasting power supplies and that continues. Hooked this up to replace a problematic EVGA PSU and I'm so glad I switched to Corsair. Corsair fired right up with no issues. Very well built, highly recommend.
Pros: - Hydrodynamic Bearings (extremely long life and quiet)
- 4 pin PWM
- Look nice
Overall Review: I have been using Cougar fans for years and haven't had one fail yet. They use the extremely long life hydrodynamic bearings which I love. Highly recommend them!
Pros: - Runs Cool
- Runs Quiet
- Cheaper Than Nvidia Counterpart
Overall Review: This card has been working great for me overall, it runs quiet and cool. Like others have said the drivers were a little rough at first. Although I had no crashing or blue screens, mine were minor like the DDC/CI not working over DisplayPort and my 2nd monitor using HDMI wasn't going to sleep. Everything I was experiencing driver related was fixed in driver 19.9.3. Working great in games as well as doing handbrake video encoding. Pairs nicely with my 3900X.
Cons: DOA on arrival, doesn't work with Ryzen 7 2700X and a Geforce GTX 1070. Won't display anything, no debug codes or beeps, nothing, just won't display . Already tried different ram. It is a bad board and or it is not compatible with the Ryzen 7 2700X and it's going back.
Overall Review: Don't get a B350 board with a 2nd gen Ryzen, it will most likely not work unless you already have a 1st gen Ryzen and update the bios beforehand.
Pros: Nice durable design and slider
Cons: Very slow writing speed, I can't believe they labeled this as USB 3.0. I call these drives fake USB 3.0 drives because I have 2.0 drives that write faster. With crystaldiskmark the sequential read is 71mbps but the write is only a dismal 10mbps. Like I said I have 2.0 drives that write faster than that, so don't expect super 3.0 speed from this.
Pros: Plenty of USB Ports and expansion slots
Cons: Garbage Etron USB 3.0 controller that has major compatibility issues which causes the computer to crash a lot when you plug in usb 3.0 flash drives and external hard drives. The drivers for the controller are majorly outdated and the generic microsoft ones are newer but don't help with the instability.
Overall Review: I have tried exchanging this thing twice because I thought maybe it was a defective board but the same thing happened on every single board so I finally am exchanging it for a totally different brand of board, I'm done with this asrock board with a garbage etron usb 3.0 controller.
Pros: Very quiet even when playing high end games, plays high end games like bf4 with no problem
Cons: I couldn't really find any cons with this card
Overall Review: I bought this card to replace my lower end geforce gtx 650 and this card is much better. This is my second Zotac card and Zotacs are SO quiet I am just amazed and they run very cool as well while performing phenomenally. I definitely recommend getting Zotac cards. The AMP! edition is also overclocked from the factory so it performs quite well.
Pros: Very quiet and stays very cool even when playing high end games like BF3 and MW3, can play high end games including BF3, BFBC2, MW3, Mafia II, Need for Speed The Run, and GTA IV on max settings perfectly, has 2 dvi and a mini hdmi out, current windows experience index is 7.4.
Cons: Only con I can come up with is that it takes up 2 slots but I have a mid sized tower with 6 slots so it's not an issue for me.
Overall Review: -NZXT Tempest Evo Gaming Case
-ASUS P6X58D-E Motherboard
-Intel Core i7-960 3.2GHz
-1TB Western Digital HDD
-MSI Geforce GTX 550 Ti
-850Watt Conair PSU
Pros: No fan so its silent, seems to be sturdy and high quality, includes low profile bracket, has hdmi with built-in hd audio.
Cons: The only con I can think of is that it can't be overclocked through the catalyst center, but it works just fine without overclocking.
Overall Review: Bottom-line is that this card will get the job done if you use your computer for video/picture editing, and even to play the latest computer games (as of now) with no troubles.
Pros: Fast, packaging for OEM is great.
Cons: Louder than my Western Digital.
Overall Review: Mine vibrated my case and made it rattle which was loud, windows check disk said it always had file system and free space errors, I sent it back for a replacement, hopefully the new one doesn't have these issues, could be a fluke.
Pros: Its fairly quiet, its pretty fast, what more can I say? Oh yes like others have said, the OEM packaging is phenomenal, it came in a box, with bubble wrap and the hard drive was inside another plastic package.
Cons: No SATA cable, but its OEM so I knew that when I bought it.
Overall Review: I copied everything from my other hard drive (223GB) in about an hour, so its pretty fast. If I have a problem with it, I will update this review.
