Enough connectors for a Z390 MSI mobo (needs an extra 4pin/12V connector)?

I believe that it is one of 8pin power cables that plug half into the 4 pin connector on the motherboard. Look at plugs shapes and orientation and you will a match and there enough room to plug it in.

Will this psu work with rtx 3080?

Nvidia has stated that the 3080 requires 750 watt PSU to fully utilize its maximum performance.

Do you mean the 650 watts or the fact that it is rated at 80+ Gold?

I see the Z390 boards (MSI Tomahawk in particular) require an add'l 4pin 12V connector - pcpartspicker says this one will work. Can anybody confirm?

Works fine with the MSI Z390 Gaming Plus which look like has the same power connectors as the Tomahawk.
