Pros: This would typically get 4 eggs from me, but I'm so relieved that I got it to work, that I'm giving it all 5. Contrary to reviews, this tuner CAN get QAM channels into Windows Media Center! This means that if you have Comcast or other cable provider running a cable to your TV WITHOUT a converter or adapter box, you can plug this cable into the tuner and receive the DIGITAL unencrypted channels in the Windows Media Center. (I use Win7 32bit). In order to get it to work, all I had to do was email support and within 6hrs I had a reply with a link to updated drivers. After installing the drivers, MCE suddenly recognized the tuner as a Digital tuner over the Cable, was able to scan for channels and show them! Cons: Cr*ppy OTA (over the air) antenna. Hard to find solution to the ClearQAM issue with Media Center
