Good monitor for the price

ASUS 23" LCD Monitor 1ms (GTG) 2 x HDMI, D-Sub, DVI-D (Via HDMI) VX238H-W
ASUS 23" LCD Monitor 1ms (GTG) 2 x HDMI, D-Sub, DVI-D (Via HDMI) VX238H-W

Pros: Price 1ms Response time Style Color range Ultra thin Comes with a DVI to HDMI cord. This definitely saved me a $20 trip to the store to buy converters.

Cons: LCD quality could be better. Side by side next to my 1080p samsung moitor of the same size the picture quality is noticeably different. the samsung is definitely a sharper display. The asus just doesn't seem to be as crisp. I honestly doubt the average person would ever notice this.

Overall Review: at $119 after promo code and mail in rebate it's hard to argue with the bang for the buck factor.

The last mouse you'll ever own

Logitech G602 910-003820 11 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB RF Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse
Logitech G602 910-003820 11 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB RF Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse

Pros: Impossible battery life More buttons than your heart could desire Accurate tracking Never had any lag from being wireless even once. Great software that allows you to program specific button mapping for each individual game Fits the hand well Good weight Good solid scroll wheel click. I hate a lot of the mice these days that have a squishy scroll wheel click. Maybe you know what talking about maybe you don't Did I mention impossible battery life.

Cons: No fly wheel function on the scroll wheel.

Overall Review: I've had this mouse for about three months and I haven't had to change the battery yet. I game at least two hours a day and work on this computer about four hours a day. Needless to say I use this mouse a lot and still at half battery. Amazing

good board

ASRock Z87 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASRock Z87 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: cost effective. looks nice. hdmi passthrough was a great idea. does what its supposed to do. I like the positioning of the sata ports. they accommodate large graphics card far better than my last Asus where I almost had to break them because they sat right under the card

Cons: non so far

Overall Review: i dont know why everyone is reporting freezing at bios. its never happened to me. either I got lucky or these people are screwing it up themselves and blaming the board

Razer does it again

RAZER Orochi USB Gaming Mouse
RAZER Orochi USB Gaming Mouse

Pros: Compact and portable but still has a great feel in the hand and crisp clicks like its full sized brothers. Comes with a protective carrying case. Option to run on Bluetooth or USB cable I know it sounds geeky but I get a lot of people approach me and ask me what kind of mouse I have when I'm out on business. Razer's designs are always eye catching. Definitely the Lamborghini of the mouse world lol.

Cons: None so far. If my past experience with razer mice is any indicator I'm betting I'll never have any either

Apple does it again!

Apple 2TB USB 2.0 / WiFi Time Capsule (MD032LL/A)
Apple 2TB USB 2.0 / WiFi Time Capsule (MD032LL/A)

Pros: It does everything my regular $80 2tb external hard drive did but now for only 400% that price I can put it wirelessly on my coffee table so that my guests know that I use apple products.

Cons: It doesn't actively inform others that I also own an iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPad, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini or that I intend to preorder and wait in line for the iPhone 6 and iPad 5.

Overall Review: I wish it was more expensive so poor people couldn't afford them.

worth it

ALTEC LANSING BackBeat 906 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headphone W/Adaptor
ALTEC LANSING BackBeat 906 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headphone W/Adaptor

Pros: adjustable to different ear sizes. decent battery life flexible cord comfortable

Cons: wish it had better base freinds say the sound quality is ok on there end but not the greatest they've heard

Overall Review: some people seem to think they're uncomfortable but they feel just fine to me. just today ive been listening to music on them for 3 hours straight and i keep forgetting they're even there. its like "where is the music coming from?..oh ya!" paired up flawlessly with my Tilt 2 all i have to do is turn my phone's bluetooth on and hit the call button on the headphones earpiece and voila! its connected. i never have to re-pair the devise and i've never had it drop a connection before. if you're having problems with that perhaps there are issues with the other devise and not the headset? this headset is straight forward and comes with well labeled instructions to show you what the buttons do and how to use them for those who need them.
