Does exactly what it needs to do

Pros: Simple to configure, cheap, plays everything I've thrown at it, and has DTS re-encode (see other thoughts for why this is critical).
Cons: No optical audio output (though I was aware of this before ordering).
Overall Review: DTS re-encode is CRITICAL to have if your surround sound receiver doesn't know how to handle the newer audio formats coming on blu ray. What the DTS re-encode option does is to convert audio off the blu ray disc into a DTS 1.5mbps stream that virtually any receiver will know how to handle. This keeps you from having to replace your receiver and the DTS 1.5mbps standard is high enough quality that almost no one would notice the difference.
works, but its not cas 4

Pros: well it works.
Cons: not cas 4 as advertised. Its cas 5.
Overall Review: tested this on an ASUS P5N-E sli motherboard.
simple, but it gets the job done

Pros: I got this before the recall, and it worked great. Now I have the replacement B3 board, and its just as solid. There's no real fancy features to this board, but its well laid out, and it works. I have a 2500K running at 4.5ghz using a Tuniq tower cooler. The bios is easy to navigate and pretty flexible.
Cons: More usb ports on the rear I/O plate would of been nice, but not a huge deal.
simple and it works

Pros: Well built, easy to install, handles big drives (using 1 terabyte hitachi's here)
Cons: none
A dissapointment compared to previous samsung drives

Pros: Quiet, and fast, for the few minutes the system would work before dying.
Cons: Tried the drive on an Nforce 650i board from Msi. Drive would cause windows xp to repeatedly crash. Ghosted the 750 drive to my 320gig test drive, and everything worked beautifully. Ran the manufacturer diags, and it screamed murder. A quick google search shows lots of people having this problem.
Decent case for money, but power supply blows

Pros: Case is easy to work with. No hassles getting stuff installed. Great price.
Cons: Allied 300 watt PS was DOA. I used to really like Allied, but they've gone down hill lately (I've had several DOA's in the past year). Wish the case companies would raise the price 10 bucks to get a better PS like a FSP.
