Why is the magnet so weak? It keeps falling off.
I recommend taking off your phone case. Thick or non-MagSafe cases block the magnet. On a bare phone, it holds securely. Or you can always use the built-in cable for the same fast charging.
Can it charge other devices?
Yes. It’s a 4-in-1 hub: magnetic wireless pad + USB-C port + built-in USB-C & Lightning cables. Charge your phone, tablet, earbuds, and another device all at once.
What do customers say?
Most customers love the built-in cables and compact size. A few mention that magnetic hold is best when the phone is placed flat. We offer 12-month for peace of mind.
Does it have fast charging?
Yes. 15W fast magnetic wireless charging for all compatible phones – get from 1% to 65% in about 30 minutes. Wired via built-in cables also delivers 15W.
Is it compatible with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Works with iPhone 12-17 via strong magnets (like a magnetic phone charger for samsung? Actually, for Samsung/Android, just place on the pad – it's Qi-enabled.
