OK, so I admit I am a technically challenged. So please pardon my stupid question. I have 3 HDTV's in my house. 2 SmartTVs and 1 DumbTV. I have DirecTV service and have two recievers now (connected to the dumb one in the bedroom - no, not referring to my husband... and the other connected to a SmartTV in the family room). We bought another SmartTV for the patio and I called DirecTV and they quoted $198 for installation and $6/mo for service.

So if I buy this "Wireless DECA Connection DCCK Broadband Adapter Kit" from you for $59.99, does that mean that I can have DirecTV service to my new TV without the 3rd receiver? Do I still need to contact DirecTV to get it authorized or connected or something that results in the $6/mo fee?

This Adapter does not replace the Directv receiver. It adds internet functionality where you do not have a wired internet connection. The On Demand stuff requires the receiver to have internet connection. This provides that via your home's wireless network.

So to answer your connection, You will still need to contact Directv and get the 3rd receiver.
