No, But im Sure it fits a standard size power supply just fine, plenty of room in the Basement of this case.

What's that small circular button on the top of the case (between the power button and an USB port)?

That button is to restart the computer, when pressed it turns off then boots up the computer again

Is it possible to take the case apart and paint the blue or red stripe down the middle?

He front grill comes off. This allows you to install or adjust the front fans. Didn't try to remove the blue piece of plastic. Unfortunately I used that case in a build for a customer so I wouldn't be able to check on that for you. I think some masking tape and spray paint would do the trick.

Does lighting shine through the plastic pieces on this case like some of DIY's other white cases?

No, The plastic is matte, the side panel is glossy clear and the blue striped plastic is matte aswell
