is there have qhd 165hz version?

If you check the official Asus page for the ROG Strixx G17 2021, it appears the only model with that screen is the one with the 3060. Not sure why they would equip a higher resolution display with a lower performing GPU.

Are there two SODIMM slots or is some of the RAM soldered to the board?

The laptop has 2 SODIMM slots, and none of the RAM is soldered to the board.

Can the usb-c display port output 4k 120hz?

I haven't tried it but It's DP 1.4 so it should.

Why would you want an HDD? Its only a 1tb SSD.
