Question 1

I am interested in this item however 33in extension may not be enough for me, is there any other product available to make it longer by adding another extension arm?

I had the same concern but actually wound up not even using the extension at all. This arm had a range of movement much farther and held more weight than any other arm I could find. Mine is working like a champ. I put a 23 inch all-in-one HP computer plus the power cord transformer all on the arm and I am very happy with it. This thing is very heavy duty and solid.

Question 2

Is the Erogotron 45-353-026 LX Sit Stand Wall Mount LCD Arm compatible with the new Dell 23 Touch Monitor - P2314T?

The Dell web site says that it is VESA compatible and I noticed that it is a 100 X 100 mount which is the same as the ERGOTRON arm so you should not need any adapters. Just take it out of the box and remove the stand if it is attached and you should be ready to go. There should be a pdf file for installing the Dell monitor so look it up on the Dell site. Usually there is a cover on the back of most monitors that goes on when the stand is removed. You should be very happy with the ERGOTRON arm, it is very sturdy and well built. Mine holds up an HP ENVY 23 inch all-in-one computer, which is quite heavy compared to just a monitor. Once you have it all adjusted it will stay exactly where you want it and you can move it around with ease. I hope this helps you.

Question 3

This says it is compatible with 100x200. The normal plate looks like it is only 75x75 and 100x100. Looking at the picture with the hardware I don't see another bracket. Is this actually compatible with 100x200 which is what my monitor uses?

Instead of an adapter plate, mine came with 4 semi-flat long pieces (forgive my lack of descriptive ability) that can be attached to the base plate in different configurations. These pieces are supposed to allow 100 x 200, 200 x 100, or 200 x 200. I do not have that mounting configuration to test personally, but they did provide the pieces and instructions in my box. These pieces were labeled P-A V200A Adapter. They wouldn't stand out if you were looking for an actual full adapter plate, but they should nonetheless work.

Question 4

Is this product Made in the USA?  Is It compatible with Samsung 32' TV's?

Look at the specs for the VESA mounting.
This is compatible with 75X75 or 100X100 or 200X100 or 200X200 MM.
This should cover most any 32" TV but i have not checked the Samsung 32" specs.
This mount is really rugged and well built.
Check to see the weight of the TV. I doubt it is over 25#'s.
There are lots of adjustments to balance the weight to make the TV float in the air with this mount.
Consider getting the ERGOTRON 97-091 Track Mount Bracket Kit, Aluminum to have more latitude in the height position unless you know where you want the TV to end up.

Does anyone know what the difference is between this and the 45-383-026?

The two models differ in the weight of the display they can hold. The 45-353 (this model, the LX) can be adjusted to hold a display between 7-25 lbs, while the 45-383 (the LX HD) supports a display between 14-30 lbs. Most modern displays are well under 25 lbs, so the 45-353 (LX) is usually enough, plus it's cheaper. Also be aware that the lower limit on weight is important -- if you put a typical thin 24" display (around 10 lbs) on the LX HD, the arm will stay stuck in its highest position. Even my 32" LG U32M99 is only 18 lbs, and the LX works perfectly with it.

Question 6

I am looking for a wall mount for a dentist office and we need to be able to tilt the tv 90 degrees down so that the monitor is flat, facing and parallel to the ground. Will this work? Also, is it possible to extend the range beyond the 33"? If so extend by how much and what part numbers? Thank you!

The arm does allow for some tilting of a tv screen.  Not sure if you'll get the full 90 degrees.  It also can be positioned side to side 2.5 feet from the center.  It also only stretched straight out to about 33".
