A:24/7 recording is supported in Direct Power Mode with a 5V/2A adapter and compatible cable (sold separately). When connected to a router, the camera requires a microSD card; with HomeBase 3, a hard drive must be installed in it.

A:With HomeBase3 16GB capacity, while expansion to 16TB using Hardrive.
Q:Does SoloCam E42 support routers or HomeBase?
A:Yes, SoloCam E42 supports connection to a router, as well as HomeBase 2 and HomeBase 3.
Q:How does SoloCam E42 deter intruders?
A:When an intruder is detected, SoloCam E42 will activate red and blue strobe lights and a siren. The user will also receive a notification on their phone.
