Pros: Still runs a great majority of games out there at 1920x1080 with medium or higher settings... absolutely incredible for a 4 year old graphics card that was < $300 when I bought it. I have done heavy gaming on this for almost 4 years now, frequently OC'ing it... it has given me 0 problems. Anything built on Unreal Engine 3 or the Source Engine - this card can still max out at 1080p (Borderlands/Mass Effect 2/HL2 ep 2/Team Fortress 2/Left 4 Dead/etc). Just don't turn AA on - AA completely cripples this card on any new-ish game. Runs Starcraft 2 at high settings nearly flawlessly.
Cons: Can't max out Crysis ;)
Overall Review: I can't believe the value that this card got me... Considering a sub-$300 price point in 2007, this is easily the best value I have ever seen on the market for a mid range graphics card. It has taken until 2011 for there to start being a lot of games out there that this card can't handle at max or near max settings (minus AA). I consider 30fps average the playable mark... I know that is too low for many people. I have this card paired with an AMD Athlon II x4 640 and 8 GB of DDR2 memory.
