The BoosterX 5 is an easy add-on 5.25in. supplementary power supply module designed solely to boost power support for your latest demanding SLI and CrossFire platforms. It features 450W continuous power output with a peak surge of up to 500W if it is necessary, QUAD PCI-Express output - two standard 6-pin, and two PCI-E2 8-pin - to provide support for QUAD-card format, certified by SLI to ensure maximum performance and compatibility. Also, advanced Active Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology delivers maximum power conversion ratio, dual front intake fans provide direct internal cooling, and FSP (Fortron-Source) Quality Performance Assurance Program for a period of three years is included. Finally, it's a Lead-Free, RoHS certified, and Green Product (G.P) with an environmentally friendly status.
