Those are some pretty old specs, do you have any more info on the gpu and ram? Might want to upgrade your pc pretty soon.

The Core i5-4570 was released in 2013. It was a good processor at the time, but is rather long in the tooth now, and even the cheapest entry level CPU will be much faster. Likewise, I am guessing whatever Nvidia 4 GB GPU you have is also similarly outdated. Do keep the 480 GB SSD if you do an upgrade, that will still work fine as a secondary drive to install older games onto.
