I recently bought a PC off here from CyberpowerPC. And I’ve been getting no display, and no power to my keyboard and mouse. I reseated and cleaned the ram, GPU, did a CMOS reset, tried different monitors, and made sure my display ports were in the GPU and not motherboard and the dim VGA light is still on. I can’t figure out what it is. Anyone have an idea of would it could be?
Oh wow, you did an extensive troubleshooting process already. One of the best things to do is to try use known working parts now that you’ve tried parts you just got. Try to boot with only 1 RAM stick. Depending on the CPU, maybe try booting w/o the GPU or try a known working GPU in the build. You haven’t mentioned reseating the power cables on the motherboard, so that might be another thing to try out.
I think it’s a power issue, especially since uou said that the vga light was dim and because you said that your keyboard and mouse weren’t powering on, so do some psu tests and see if that fixes it.
