I know it’s such a bad time rn to build a pc but here’s some parts I picked, my budget is around $1000, btw I don’t pick a case yet so don’t worry about it https://newegg.io/eeb7c2d
. It hurts me to say it, but with DDR5 prices being what they are right now, it’s hard to beat some of the prebuilt deals in the $1,000 range. Your parts list isn’t bad at all—the problem is that RAM has become absurdly expensive. By the time you add memory, a case, cooling, and everything else, you’re well over your target budget.
The AM5 build definitely gives you a better upgrade path, so if you can stretch the budget I’d still consider it. But if your goal is to stay around $1,000, that Arc B580 prebuilt is honestly a pretty compelling value right now.
